Longest opening ever - over four minutes, the outro is over two minutes. So we have little more than five minutes of story. Good story though.

Novel explained that decently. Once anyone becomes supreme, his body can be killed, his soul cannot. Normally, one would simply regain back level due to knowledge of his soul.

So, they cursed him into reincarnation limbo where he always died before regaining memory and with enough deaths even soul of supreme gets wiped out. In novel he is constantly cursing how he will take revenge and curse them into reincarnation into pigs. He can't kill them either and can only resort to same means.

That beginning intro is pretty bad compared to the rest and misses the plot completely. Chaos supreme for example is not a shield bulky guy (hell, no one even uses shield in whole novel), it is a 100 foot giant... woman. And the other guy is granpa type. Also, they were never friends at all in novel. He was hiding from them as possible threat after being heavily wounded fighting demons in order for other supremes don't take advantage of that.

tbh the next 1-2 ep kinda explain it. but yeah its really bad

Watched the rest now and I can say it is somewhat strange.

In all episodes they only deviate 3 times, everything else is pretty much word for word from novel. And all 3 times are especially strange since they involve explanation.

1. The beginning fuckup
2. They don't explain how he can leap over levels more and more. Because of his body cultivation which stacks over normal
3. He gets new random spells out of nowhere for no reason, which are not really random. Each spell is connected to one element in Hongmeng sword array (11 elements) which is told when he is buying swords and his attributes are boosted 10x. The only way to cast it is having 11 swords of different elements which is why he never could before.

Without these facts the next events will be strange when he will start bigger and bigger mass massacres.
